March 2007 Pet Food Recall

In the last few days we have received numerous frantic phone calls from pet Mom's and Dad's asking about the most recent pet food recall.  To set your mind at ease we wanted to let you know that none of the foods that have been recalled are sold at Happy Tails. 

According to the website, this recall affects "cuts and gravy" style food sold in cans and pouches, and is likely linked to wheat (a common filler) coming from a new source.  53 brands of dog food and 42 brands of cat food were affected and are being recalled by Menu Pet Foods.
